When we founded The Oceanview in 1999, it was based of the principle that people shouldn’t have to compromise their standards, as they grow older. Today, The Oceanview is the leader in premier senior housing. Much of our success is due to our residents and their families and active role they play in shaping our community.

Tour the gardens and you will discover the raised vegetable gardens, Poet’s Garden, Tranquility Garden, and the Rose Garden, just waiting for your visit.
