"The Oceanview" is pleased to announce the opening of our new INDEPENDENT LIVING addition, Cowichan Valley's premier rental community for active seniors. The impeccable service "The Oceanview" has been providing for the past five years to residents who require more care, is now being offered to the more independent seniors who just require some assistance.

Occupancy at 'The Oceanview" is on a rental basis. No investment is required for residency. Residents can forget the headaches associated with property ownership and their savings remain free for traveling, investing and simply enjoying life.

Research has indicated that most retirees base their choice of a retirement community on the quality of the physical environment, the package of services offered and, most important, the availability of healthcare. We at "The Oceanview" provide a continuum of care designed to promote and maintain wellness.

Recognizing the concern that retirees have relating to their health care needs, "The Oceanview" offers weekly on site laboratory services, (no need to travel to clinics or hospitals for blood work or other procedures). Our pharmacists are always available to answer questions regarding medications. Or nurse consultant provides assessments and on site consultations. Resident Care Attendants are on duty 24 hours a day.
