Schedule of fees
Our monthly fee starts at $2250.00 and is determined thereafter by individual needs. A *non refundable $1,000.00 deposit is required which will apply to the first months fee. This monthly rental fee includes the following services: complete 24-hour care, beautifully furnished bedroom suite with private bath, assistance as needed with bathing and grooming, monitoring of blood pressure and weight, daily

personal assessment by staff, outstanding activity program, three individualized meals, high tea, nourishing snacks and beverages served between meals, all personal laundry washed and ironed daily, bed linens are provided, washed and ironed at least weekly, bath linens changed daily, cable and phone lines in each room, medication monitored and dispensed, and unless otherwise noted, all restaurant meals, and of course a nightly turndown service.

Respite and Day programsOur Respite program is designed for short-term stay. Whether it is for an overnight visit or a three weeks stay, the same meticulous attention to detail is given as we give our permanent guests. A residents needs assessment will be completed by staff within 30 days upon admission. This will determine the additional fee, if any, based on extra charges of $17.50 per hour. The charge for the Day Program starts at $ 19.50 per hour and is determined thereafter by individual needs. The charge for the Respite Program starts at $95.00 per day and is determined thereafter by individual needs. The charge for Independent Living starts at $1850.00per month and is determined thereafter by individual needs. All prices are subject to change at discretion of management. |
